We ordered 3-course lunch. Its consisted of tasty combinations. Especially the fish dish of sole charmed me. The Chef came to our table with smile and he spoke some Japanese. He had an experience to work at Belgian Embassy in Tokyo. Fantastic culinary experience.
Its warm and welcoming atmosphere attracted us. Strongly recommended.

Naamsestraatにあるミシュラン本に掲載されているレストラン。シェフは日本のベルギー大使館で働いていた経験あり。盛り付けに日本の雰囲気を感じるのはそのせいでしょうか。ユニークでありながら、本格的なベルギーのモダン料理を楽しめます。
